EzyHelp was developed to make a simple, fast and effective way to book therapists, cleaners, carers, in fact anyone who needs casual workers. It's particularly useful for the disability sector. Developer Andy Grace felt there was a need for a new system which wouldn't rip off workers compared with other booking platforms and agencies which offer far less functionality yet take an absurdly large cut for doing virtually nothing.
The Grace family identified this problem when dealing with booking therapists and cleaners using their son Will's NDIS funding. Will was diagnosed with severe autism at age 3 and six years later he's still completely non-verbal. He also suffers from an intellectual disability, severe anxiety, global development delay and sensory issues. He's 'high needs' and the NDIS is a massive help for him and his family.
Andy has already developed multiple software platforms including the globally successful Andy Grace Media .
Will's mum Eloise and two other children in the home understand how hard it is to juggle the needs of a severely disabled child, hence why it is so important to get good help quickly without wasting any precious funding.
The NDIS is a lifesaver for many individuals and their families, but the government has openly admitted administration and compliance costs are enormous. EzyHelp provides the easiest possible tools to slash those costs while delivering far better outcomes for everyone; workers, recipients and the Australian government.
